Built in a Flare.Grown with Fire.

Hi, I'm  Mandi!

There was a time I believed healing meant fixing my body.
Tracking symptoms, controlling everything I ate, hoping I could earn my way back to who I used to be.  I’ve learned that healing is so much more than physical. It’s emotional. It’s spiritual. It’s the rebuilding of the parts of us that broke quietly, the trust, the identity, the sense of safety inside our own body.
